What happens to the contact information if no contact person is listed in the feed?

If the Kyero feed itself does not contain any contact information for a real estate agent, WP-ImmoMakler will instead use the contact details (name, phone number, email, address) that you have entered directly under WP-ImmoMakler → Settings → Interfaces → Kyero XML.
