What is the Immowelt API?
The Immowelt API is a programming interface (Application Programming Interface) with which the real estate data and images from immowelt.de can be read out automatically by programming. (Further information on the API can be found in the Immowelt documentation).
WP-ImmoMakler importiert Ihre Immobilien direkt per API aus immowelt.de. Eine Anbindung an immowelt.at und immowelt.ch ist leider nicht möglich, da diese bisher keine API-Schnittstelle zur Verfügung stellen.
Um WordPress mit immowelt.de zu verbinden, benötigen Sie also keine Maklersoftware. Sie können aber bei Bedarf dennoch parallel eine Maklersoftware verwenden, oder sogar parallel Ihre Immobilien auch aus ImmobilienScout24.de importieren und/oder im Backend manuell anlegen und bearbeiten.
How do I connect my WordPress homepage to the Immowelt API?
Im Rahmen einer Immowelt-Partnerschaft beantragen Sie einfach per E-Mail bei api@immowelt.de Ihren persönlichen, kostenlosen API Key. Geben Sie dazu bitte Ihre Immowelt-Kundennummer an.
Tragen Sie diesen Key dann in den Einstellungen von WP-ImmoMakler im WordPress Backend unter WP-ImmoMakler -> Schnittstellen -> Immowelt ein und aktivieren Sie unter WP-Immomakler -> Immobilien-Importer den automatischen Import. Ihre Immobilien werden dann auf Ihrer Website immer aktuell gehalten. Sie brauchen sich dazu nicht mehr in Ihr WordPress einzuloggen.
Transfer references
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer inactive properties from immowelt.de, as the API currently only transfers active properties.
However, you have the option of connecting broker software in parallel in order to manage your references and transfer them to your website.

If the software you would like to work with is not listed, please contact our support team. We will then check whether a connection is possible.
There is a free open source broker software: https://openestate.org/, in which you could then maintain the properties centrally and transfer them in parallel to immowelt.de and your website.

It is also possible to add a specific keyword to the transferred objects in the object title or in the description text, e.g. "Reference", which is used to assign that the corresponding object is to be displayed as a reference. Please contact our support team for more information.
