OpenImmo XML import

Data exchange between the estate agent software and WP-ImmoMakler® occurs using the industry standard OpenImmo XML. The estate agent software writes real estate data into an XML file. It is then uploaded via FTP to an upload directory on the WordPress web server, with images, PDFs, etc. With each page view, WP-ImmoMakler® checks this directory for new files and automatically imports them into the WordPress database. Once set up, the user no longer has to log in to WordPress to manage the properties. Creating, amending, and deleting properties is done by the estate agent software – similar to portals such as ImmobilienScout24, Immonet, Immowelt, and many others.
