Kyero XML Import for WordPress: Automatically Import Listings from Kyero, Idealista, and Inmobalia

With WP-ImmoMakler, you can import your real estate listings directly into WordPress via the Kyero XML feed from Spanish portals or your real estate agency software—fully automatically, without any manual data entry.

What is Kyero XML?

Kyero XML is a standard widely used in Spain for transferring real estate data. Originally defined by the kyero.com portal, it is now also used by idealista.com, Inmobalia, and many other providers. WP-ImmoMakler fully supports this standard—you can import your properties directly without needing separate real estate agency software. Kyero XML can be used in parallel with an ImmobilienScout24 or Immowelt import. It can also be used simultaneously with real estate agency software based on the OpenImmo standard.

Ready to Go in 3 Steps

Request your personal Kyero XML feed (a URL containing your property data) via email from your portal or real estate software provider.

Enter this URL in the WP-ImmoMakler settings under Interfaces › Kyero XML and enable automatic import.

Done—your properties will now be updated automatically. No need to log in to WordPress manually.

Export real estate listings, too—directly to Kyero & Idealista

In the WP-ImmoMakler settings, under “Kyero XML,” you’ll find your personal export feed. This feed always contains your current real estate listings and can be automatically imported by portals such as kyero.com and idealista.com. This completely eliminates the need for manual entries on Spanish portals.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where can I find my Kyero feed URL?

You can obtain the feed URL from your real estate portal or brokerage software (e.g., Inmobalia). Send an email to them requesting your personal Kyero XML feed link, and then enter it in the “Kyero Feed URL” field under WP-ImmoMakler → Settings → Interfaces → Kyero XML.

  • How often are my property listings updated?
Once automatic import is enabled, WP-ImmoMakler retrieves the feed once a day and updates your property listings accordingly. You do not need to log in to WordPress for this. If you want to see an update immediately, you can also trigger the import manually via WP-ImmoMakler → Retrieve the latest data from the Kyero XML feed now.
  • Will photos, floor plans, and videos also be included?
Yes. Photos are automatically downloaded and assigned to the respective property; floor plans—provided they are marked as such in the feed—are recognized separately as floor plans and displayed independently of the regular property photos. If the feed contains a video link or a virtual 360° tour, these are also included.
  • What happens to the contact information if no contact person is listed in the feed?
If the Kyero feed itself does not contain any contact information for a real estate agent, WP-ImmoMakler will instead use the contact details (name, phone number, email, address) that you have entered directly under WP-ImmoMakler → Settings → Interfaces → Kyero XML.
  • Can I use Kyero-Import at the same time as ImmoScout24 or properties created manually?
Yes. The Kyero import runs independently of other sources. You can manage properties simultaneously via the Kyero feed, the ImmoScout24 connection, and by creating them manually—WP-ImmoMakler brings all sources together on the same website.
  • Which WP-ImmoMakler licenses include the Kyero import feature?

The Kyero XML import and export features are available in all WP-ImmoMakler licenses (Basic, Plus, and Premium).
