What is the ImmobilienScout24 API?
The ImmoScout24 API is a programming interface (Application Programming Interface) with which the real estate data and images from immobilienscout24.de can be read out automatically by programming.
WP-ImmoMakler® imports your properties directly via API from ImmobilienScout24.de. Unfortunately, a transfer from the Austrian and Swiss offshoots of ImmoScout is not possible, as they do not yet provide an API.
To connect WordPress with ImmobilienScout, you do not need any real estate software, but you can still use it in parallel if necessary, or even import your properties from Immowelt in parallel.
Please note: ImmoScout24 will charge a usage fee for the use of the "Real Estate Listing API" used by WP-ImmoMakler from 01.09.2022. You will incur costs vis-à-vis ImmoScout24 when using it.
If you use real estate agent software, you can transfer your properties to WP-ImmoMakler free of charge via the OpenImmo interface on your website.

Integrate ImmobilienScout24 on your own homepage
With the WordPress plugin WP-ImmoMakler® you can integrate your properties directly and automatically into your real estate homepage. The property data and images are regularly and automatically synchronized with your ImmoScout24 account. You can also choose to offer properties that have been deactivated and archived on ImmoScout as active listings on your website without having to pay to have them online on ImmoScout.
How do I connect my WordPress homepage to the ImmoScout API?
Simply apply for your personal API key pair at https://api.immobilienscout24.de/api-docs/get-started/get-your-client-credentials/.
Read our instructions for creating an API key pair at ImmoScout24 further down in this article.
Then enter these keys in the WP-ImmoMakler® settings in the WordPress backend under "WP-ImmoMakler > Interfaces > ImmobilienScout24" and click on the "Connect to ImmobilienScout24 now" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be redirected to ImmobilienScout24. There you must log in with your ImmobilienScout24 access data and link WP-ImmoMakler as an application with your ImmoScout account. You will then be redirected back to the settings in WP-ImmoMakler on your website.
Please activate the automatic import now. Your properties will then always be kept up to date on your website, you no longer need to log into your WordPress.
How do I create an ImmoScout24 API key pair?
Go to https://api.immobilienscout24.de/api-docs/get-started/get-your-client-credentials/ and click on "Click here to get access."
You must then log in to ImmoScout24 with your ImmoScout24 access data.
Then enter the following data, please replace mueller-immobilien.de with your website.
Activate project import
If you would like to use project import, please remember to set this to active in the WP-ImmoMakler settings and have Immoscout24 support activate the RealEstateProject-API and the RealEstateProjectAttachments-API.
