Imported real estate can be displayed in a list view. Individual categories (detached houses, offices, properties, etc.) can be linked in the menu on the website. Furthermore, WP-ImmoMakler® PLUS offers your visitors extensive choices.

Depending on the available space, the list view is displayed in a single- or multi-column layout. It adapts automatically to the size of the display (smartphone, tablet, desktop).

The detail view of the real estate contains a photo gallery, video player, object information, amenities, energy performance certificate data in accordance with the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) 2014 and earlier, description of object and location, a map of the surroundings in Google Maps, contact details as well as a contact form.

Lists and exposés are SEO optimized. Among other things, keywords are used in H1/H2 headers (“22143 Hamburg (Wandsbek, Rahlstedt), semi-detached house for rent”), as well as keyword optimized URLs (https://blacklabelimmobilien.de/properties/dwellingt-flat-in-berlin-buy-78710/).

WP-ImmoMakler® displays the real estate right on your website without using iframe. As a result, your real estate is immediately visible in Google and in other search engines and listed under your own domain name.

If the Yoast SEO plugin is used, WP-ImmoMakler® generates the page title (<title>apartment in Berlin, 207 sqm) and page description (meta description “Exclusive living at Potsdamer Platz” – 207 sqm six-room apartment in Berlin for sale. Amenities: balcony, lift, etc.); see Google screenshot on the right.

Search results can be displayed on a map with the WP-ImmoMakler® PLUS package and higher. The map view is also available as a short code that can be filtered.

The detail view of the property contains a map of the surroundings/an area map in Google Maps. WP-ImmoMakler will carry out automatic geocoding based on the submitted address information.

In cases where the exact address is supposed to remain anonymous, WP-ImmoMakler® provides the district in which the property is located, omitting street name and number. The postcode area is shown if only postcode and place were provided.

Give prospective clients the option to mark individual properties while searching your website. The marked properties can then be viewed in a list, and the contact form allows the user to send just a single inquiry about all the properties.

References can be listed in a separate menu item in a different manner, for example, without prices and detailed information, but with photos, map of the surroundings, and descriptions.

Using the Open Graph protocol, WP-ImmoMakler® automatically transmits text and photos whenever a property link is added to Facebook. It ensures that a Facebook status displays the property correctly.

The energy performance certificate data are shown in the exposé in accordance with the German EnEV2014’s requirements and the legal requirements applicable in Austria. The data is displayed in a graph with the WP-ImmoMakler® PLUS package and higher.
