Immobilien auf einen Blick

List view

Die importierten Immobilien können in einer Listenansicht angezeigt werden. Es können auch einzelne Kategorien (Einfamilienhäuser, Büros, Grundstücke etc.) im Menü der Website verlinkt werden. In WP-ImmoMakler PLUS stehen Ihren Besuchern zudem weitere, ausführliche Auswahlmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Exposé view

The detailed view of the properties contains a photo gallery with lightbox, video player, property details, features, energy performance certificate data in accordance with EnEV2014 and earlier, property and location descriptions, GoogleMaps map of the surrounding area, contact details and a direct contact form.

The exposé can be displayed in one or two columns, depending on the space available, and adapts "responsively" to the display size (smartphone, tablet, monitor).

PDF-Exposé

From WP-ImmoMakler PLUS, the download of an automatically generated, multi-page PDF exposé is included.

Search engine optimization (SEO)

Die Listen sowie die Exposés sind suchmaschinenoptimiert. Es kommen u.a. Keywords in h1/h2-Überschriften zum Einsatz (“22143 Hamburg (Wandsbek, Rahlstedt), Mehrfamilienhaus zur Miete”), sowie Keyword-optimierte URLs (https://blacklabelimmobilien.de/properties/wohnung-etagenwohnung-in-berlin-kaufen-78710/). WP-ImmoMakler stellt die Immobilien direkt in Ihrer Website dar, es wird kein iFrame verwendet. So sind die Immobilien für Google & Co. direkt sichtbar und werden dort unter Ihrem eigenen Domainnamen geführt. Sind die SEO-Plugins “Yoast SEO” oder “Rank Math” im Einsatz, generiert WP-ImmoMakler hierfür aus den Immobiliendaten den Seitentitel (<title>Etagenwohnung in Berlin, 207 m²) und die Seitenbeschreibung (meta description “Exklusives Wohnen am Potsdamer Platz” – 6 Zimmer 207 m² Etagenwohnung in Berlin zum Kauf. Ausstattung: Balkon, Personenaufzug, etc.), siehe Google-Screenshot rechts. Durch die Ausgabe von schema.org Kennzeichnungen (“Rich Snippets”) im HTML-Seitenquelltext, erzielt WP-ImmoMakler auffällige Suchmaschinenergebnisse, die sich von denen Ihrer Mitbewerber abheben. Durch individuelle Programmierung können hierbei und auch in anderen SEO-Bereichen besondere Wünsche umgesetzt werden.

WP-ImmoMakler consistently focuses on continuous optimization of website speed. We always optimize based on current best practices on the Internet.

WP-ImmoMakler is compatible with the common caching plugins and we are in contact with their development teams.

Special requests can also be implemented through individual programming.

Map display with real estate

As of the WP-ImmoMakler PLUS package, the search results can be displayed on a map. The map overview is also available as a filterable shortcode.

Detailed view of the area map

The detailed view of the properties contains a map of the surrounding area in GoogleMaps. Automatic geocoding is carried out by WP-ImmoMakler based on the address data provided.

If the exact address is not to be displayed, WP-ImmoMakler uses the exact address to determine the district in order to display the location as accurately as possible without revealing the street and house number. If only the zip code and town are transmitted, the entire zip code area is displayed.

Own consent for map display

The Google Maps map views of WP-ImmoMakler are only loaded by WP-ImmoMakler's own consent tool in compliance with the GDPR if the visitor has given their consent. Alternatively, you can deactivate the built-in blocker and use the consent plugin you are already using.

Watch lists

Give potential customers the opportunity to bookmark individual properties while searching on your website. The properties noted can then be viewed in a list and enquired about collectively using a single contact form.

Reference view

References can be listed under a separate menu item, with their own URL and in a different presentation, e.g. without prices and without details, but with photos, a map of the surrounding area and descriptive texts.

The data to be entered on the reference page can be defined individually.

An unlimited number of reference objects can be displayed and do not count towards the license limit.

German energy certificate according to EnEV2014, Austrian and Spanish energy certificate

The energy certificate data is presented in the exposé in accordance with the requirements of the German EnEV2014 and the legal requirements in Austria and Spain, from the WP-ImmoMakler PLUS package with a graphical diagram.

Facebook optimization

If a real estate link is inserted in Facebook, Facebook automatically receives the desired texts and photos from WP-ImmoMakler via the OpenGraph protocol. This guarantees a perfect presentation in a Facebook status.

Contact form

WP-ImmoMakler verfügt über ein eigenes Kontaktformular, das Sie im Customizer ganz nach Ihren Wünschen anpassen können.

Ab der Version WP-ImmoMakler PLUS lassen sich eingehende Kontaktanfragen zudem per XML-Anhang automatisch an Ihre Maklersoftware übertragen. Dabei wird automatisch eine XML-Datei mit den Kontaktdaten, der Nachricht, allen zusätzlichen Feldern, den bestätigten Checkboxen und den Immobiliendaten an die E-Mail angehängt.

WPForms

Ab Version 5.57 unterstützt WP-ImmoMakler die WPForms-Kontaktformulare. Sie können bei Bedarf eigene, individuelle WPForms-Formulare als Immobilien-Kontaktformular verwenden! Es wird automatisch die korrekte Mailadresse der Kontaktperson einer Immobilie als Empfänger gesetzt.

Auch hier können ab WP-ImmoMakler PLUS die Anfrage von der Maklersoftware automatisiert verarbeitet werden.

WP-ImmMakler unterstützt das kostenlose WPForms Lite und alle WPForms Premium-Versionen.
Sie können WPForms Lite im Plugin-Manager installieren und dann eigene Kontaktformulare erstellen.
