List view

The imported properties can be displayed in a list view. Individual categories (single-family homes, offices, lots, etc.) can also be linked in the website menu. InWP-ImmoMakler PLUS, your visitors alsohaveaccess to additional, detailed selection options.

Depending on the space available, the list view can be displayed in one or more columns and adapts "responsively" to the display size (smartphone, tablet, monitor).

The image on the right shows the map view, search filter, watch list and search subscription function of WP-ImmoMakler PLUS above the list view.

Individual adaptations and your own layouts can be implemented with update security.

Exposé view

Die Detailansicht der Immobilien enthält eine Fotogalerie mit Lightbox, Videoplayer, Objektdetails, Ausstattungsmerkmale, Energieausweisdaten gemäß EnEV2014 und früher, Objekt- und Lagebeschreibungen, GoogleMaps-Umgebungskarte, Kontaktdaten und ein Direktkontakt-Formular. Das Exposé ist je nach verfügbarem Platz einspaltig oder zweispaltig darstellbar und passt sich “responsive” der Displaygröße an (Smartphone, Tablet, Monitor). Wie vielfältig sich die Exposees anpassen lassen, können Sie in unserer Referenzliste sehen. Individuelle Anpassungen und auch eigene Layouts können updatesicher umgesetzt werden.

PDF-Exposé

Ab WP-ImmoMakler PLUS ist der Download eines automatisch generierten, mehrseitigen PDF-Exposees enthalten. Individuelle Anpassungen der Farben, der Schriftarten und Schriftstärke von Überschriften und Texten und der Upload von Header- und Footer-Grafiken sind in den Einstellungen möglich. Bei Bedarf können auch eigene Layouts umgesetzt werden.

Search engine optimization (SEO)

Die Listen sowie die Exposés sind suchmaschinenoptimiert. Es kommen u.a. Keywords in h1/h2-Überschriften zum Einsatz (“22143 Hamburg (Wandsbek, Rahlstedt), Mehrfamilienhaus zur Miete”), sowie Keyword-optimierte URLs (https://blacklabelimmobilien.de/properties/wohnung-etagenwohnung-in-berlin-kaufen-78710/). WP-ImmoMakler stellt die Immobilien direkt in Ihrer Website dar, es wird kein iFrame verwendet. So sind die Immobilien für Google & Co. direkt sichtbar und werden dort unter Ihrem eigenen Domainnamen geführt. Sind die SEO-Plugins “Yoast SEO” oder “Rank Math” im Einsatz, generiert WP-ImmoMakler hierfür aus den Immobiliendaten den Seitentitel (<title>Etagenwohnung in Berlin, 207 m²) und die Seitenbeschreibung (meta description “Exklusives Wohnen am Potsdamer Platz” – 6 Zimmer 207 m² Etagenwohnung in Berlin zum Kauf. Ausstattung: Balkon, Personenaufzug, etc.), siehe Google-Screenshot rechts. Durch die Ausgabe von schema.org Kennzeichnungen (“Rich Snippets”) im HTML-Seitenquelltext, erzielt WP-ImmoMakler auffällige Suchmaschinenergebnisse, die sich von denen Ihrer Mitbewerber abheben. Durch individuelle Programmierung können hierbei und auch in anderen SEO-Bereichen besondere Wünsche umgesetzt werden.

Detailed view of the area map

Die Detailansicht der Immobilien enthält eine Umgebungskarte in GoogleMaps. Eine automatische Geo-Codierung erfolgt durch WP-ImmoMakler, basierend auf den übermittelten Adressdaten. Soll die genaue Adresse nicht ausgegeben werden, ermittelt WP-ImmoMakler anhand der genauen Adresse den Stadtteil, um den Standort so genau wie möglich anzuzeigen, ohne dabei aber Straße und Hausnummer zu verraten. Werden nur PLZ und Ort übermittelt, wird der gesamte Postleitzahlenbereich angezeigt.

Area map

Own consent for map display

The Google Maps map views of WP-ImmoMakler are only loaded by WP-ImmoMakler's own consent tool in compliance with the GDPR if the visitor has given their consent. Alternatively, you can deactivate the built-in blocker and use the consent plugin you are already using.

Watch lists

Reference view

References can be listed under a separate menu item, with their own URL, and in a different format—for example, without prices or detailed information, but with photos, a map of the surrounding area, and descriptive texts. You can customize which data appears on the reference page. An unlimited number of reference properties can be displayed, and they do not count toward the license limit. See the documentation “Displaying References”

Facebook optimization

If visitors haven't found the right property yet, they can enter their email address and will be automatically notified by email as soon as a new property that matches their search criteria is uploaded. Available starting with the WP-ImmoMakler PLUS package.

Contact form

WP-ImmoMakler includes its own contact form, which you can customize in the Customizer to suit your needs. Starting with the WP-ImmoMakler PLUS version, incoming contact requests can also be automatically transferred to your real estate agency software via an XML attachment. An XML file containing the contact information, the message, all additional fields, the checked checkboxes, and the property details is automatically attached to the email.

Ab Version 5.57 unterstützt WP-ImmoMakler die WPForms-Kontaktformulare. Sie können bei Bedarf eigene, individuelle WPForms-Formulare als Immobilien-Kontaktformular verwenden! Es wird automatisch die korrekte Mailadresse der Kontaktperson einer Immobilie als Empfänger gesetzt. Auch hier kann ab WP-ImmoMakler PLUS die Anfrage von der Maklersoftware automatisiert verarbeitet werden. WP-ImmoMakler unterstützt das kostenlose WPForms Lite und alle WPForms Premium-Versionen.
