How do you finish the detailed view of your properties on your website?

Our suggestion: Show the prospective buyer an overview of 3-4 similar properties. These are displayed in the same design as the top properties or the latest properties, which you can already display free of charge (from a PLUS license) using a shortcode, for example on the start page.

With the "Similar properties" filter, you have the option of displaying similar properties completely automatically and according to filter criteria that you have defined in advance. Filter criteria can be, for example, the price, the location or the property type. (Depending on the complexity of the filter criteria, additional costs may be incurred).

Through these cross-references, which encourage site visitors to look at properties that they did not notice at first, you increase the time visitors spend on your website, which has a positive effect on your Google ranking.

The costs for this individual filter (we adapt the filter individually to your real estate portfolio) amount to 175 euros. You can add the filter to the functions.php of the WP-ImmoMakler ChildSkin yourself in an update-safe manner. If required, we can also do this for you.

Please note that this additional function only works with a PLUS license, as no shortcodes can be displayed in a BASIC license. If you do not want to do without this function, we offer you an upgrade for 300 euros with the same support period.
