Generally, WP-ImmoMakler® can be integrated into all themes. As each theme is programmed differently, a little integration effort is required.

Depending on your WordPress programming skills, you can do the integration yourself.

Our installation services include installation, theme integration, and design adaptation.

We do not offer a test version because WordPress plugins generally contain unencrypted and uncompiled source code. A live demo version of WP-ImmoMakler® PLUS is available at https://demo.wp-immomakler.de. Examples of WP-ImmoMakler® used at the client’s site are provided in our testimonials.

We ensure data import from your estate agent software, provided the software supports the export of OpenImmo via FTP. You can find estate agent software products that have already been tested successfully at the client’s site on our start page.

Yes, direct import from ImmobilienScout24.de via ImmoScout24 REST API and from Immowelt via Immowelt API is possible. You simply use WordPress to connect ImmoScout24 and/or Immowelt to WP-ImmoMakler®, so that your properties are automatically updated in WordPress. ImmobilienScout24 allows you to activate individual properties for your website (channel: home page) or transfer the entire real estate portfolio.

WP-ImmoMakler® has been designed for automatic import into an estate agent software system, but it can also import your real estate ads directly from ImmoScout24.de and Immowelt.

You could try the free estate agent software https://openestate.org/immotool. This software allows you to manage your real estate data centrally and export them to different portals with just one click. No extra effort is needed. You will find an overview of fee-based tools at WP-ImmoMakler® Software-Partner.

Just use the short code [immomakler-archive columns=1 posts_per_page=3] from WP-ImmoMakler® PLUS for the last three uploads. You can also filter certain real estate objects (houses, apartments, price categories, etc.) here. To choose the “object of the week”, the objects must be marked accordingly. This would require special adjustments. Unfortunately, the marking function is provided by default only with onOffice. With FlowFact, however, special adjustments must be made.

You can upgrade at any time. You just pay the difference, given that the contract period of your support license remains unchanged.

Yes, of course. In the first year, support and all updates are included in your license. Once your license has expired, you can continue using the plugin. If you wish to receive continued support and updates, you have to book a service package. The price depends on the size of your license.

Yes, of course. WP-ImmoMakler® can also be used for websites by commercial real estate agents and property developers. Terrania is an example of a commercial real estate agent using WP-ImmoMakler® successfully to display real estate data on a WordPress supported website.
