WP-ImmoMakler can be integrated into any theme. As each theme is programmed differently, a little integration effort is required.

We also offer an import into the theme's own data structures of RealEstate WordPress themes (RealHomes, wpCasa, WP Residence, WP Estate, Houzez, RealPlaces etc.). You can then use all the functions of the respective theme, but some functions of WP-ImmoMakler cannot be used in favor of the theme functions. However, you benefit from the extensive customizable import of your real estate data from your broker software, Immobilienscout24.de and immowelt.de.
If you are already using such a theme, you can use the WP-ImmoMakler display instead of the built-in real estate functionality. A visual adaptation to the theme design would also be possible here.

As WordPress plugins generally contain unencrypted, uncompiled source code, we do not offer a test version.

Yes, it is possible to import directly from ImmobilienScout24.de via the ImmoScout24 REST API and from Immowelt via the Immowelt API. You simply connect ImmoScout24 and/or Immowelt in WordPress with WP-ImmoMakler and your properties at ImmoScout24 are automatically kept up to date in WordPress. With ImmoScout, you have the option of activating individual properties for your website ("Channel: Homepage") or transferring the entire portfolio.

WP-ImmoMakler is designed for automatic import from broker software, but can also import your real estate listings directly from ImmoScout24.de and Immowelt.
You can try out https://openestate.org/immotool as free estate agent software. The advantage of this is that you only need to manage your real estate data centrally in the software and can export it to different portals with a simple click, without having to make multiple efforts.

Simply use the shortcode [immomakler-archive columns=1 posts_per_page=3] from WP-ImmoMakler PLUS for the last 3 uploads. Specific properties can also be filtered here (houses, apartments, price categories, etc.), but the desired properties need to be marked for an "object of the week". This would be a special adjustment, unfortunately this marking is only standardized in onOffice, in FlowFact this is a FlowFact-side special adjustment.

An upgrade is of course possible at any time. You simply pay the difference with the same term for your support license. 

Of course, you can use our plugin for an unlimited period of time. Our support and all updates are included in your license for the first year. After your license expires, you can continue to use the plugin. To continue to benefit from our support and updates, you would need to book our service package, which is priced according to the size of your license.

Multilingualism is possible/implementable in conjunction with the multilingualism plugin WPML.

Yes, this is possible. You just need to remember to deactivate the license key on the old site beforehand, otherwise it will no longer be possible to activate it on the new site. If you have forgotten to do this, please contact our support team and we will adjust this for you in our license system.

Please send us the license key and the new URL.

You must also remember to store the new FTP data in the broker software and adjust the path.
