ImmobilienScout24: Import and presentation of construction projects

Improvements

→ You do not need to do anything for the following improvements. They are automatically activated by the update:

  • Automatic status if the properties have been transferred to /openimmo/price-reduced or /openimmo/new
  • Import: Umlauts are now explicitly converted in the URL to be independent of the function of WordPress and other plugins
  • FlowFact: Automatic removal of the # suffixes appended by FlowFact to the object IDs
  • Immowelt/estate software: Expansion and standardization of abbreviations in the region codes
  • Kyero XML Generator: Change of some object types so that they are recognized by Idealista
  • Error message in the WP admin if the mail dispatch has failed
  • estateOffice/estatePro: Removal of 'sender name' and 'sender openimmo_anid' from the OpenImmo feedback XML if estateOffice/Pro is used, so that the requests are read in reliably
  • Geocoding: In the event that the automatic determination of the sublocality coordinates by the Google Maps API is unsuccessful, the zip code is now geocoded
  • Slideshow: The current image is now opened in the lightbox, no longer the first one
  • Gallery Lightbox: The selected preview images are now highlighted in the link color selected for WP-ImmoMakler
  • Perimeter search: The kilometer field is displayed again by default, but remains deactivated until something has been entered in the perimeter search

→ List view:

  • Light gray background of the preview images while the images are loading
  • Purchase price is now displayed under Purchase price/sqm

→ Detailed view:

  • Aspect ratio of videos permanently adjusted to 16:9
  • Property details: Warm rent is no longer displayed if total rent (gross) has the same value

→ ImmobilienScout24:

  • Display of an error message in the WP admin if the connection to the ImmobilienScout24 API is faulty
  • ImmobilienScout24 / HRS DS: "Pets allowed" now supports the values "yes", "no" and "on request"

→ Shortcodes:

  • [immomakler-archive] can now also be sorted by object ID: use_order=idasc, use_order=iddesc
  • [immomakler-archive] now also supports "Sort by status" from the Customizer:

→ Energy certificate:

  • Data and diagram are no longer displayed if the energy performance certificate is not required, is not available or is presented at the time of viewing
  • Spain: Possibility of transmitting the consumption class, as it is no longer calculated automatically due to the complex calculation

Filter/Action

→ The filters can be used to program individual adjustments to WP-ImmoMakler.

  • New filter: 

  • added another parameter $taxonomy_name to define for each taxonomy whether empty terms should be displayed:
    `immomakler_search_taxonomy_show_empty_terms`
