Was ist neu?

Unser Importer prüft jetzt automatisch, wann zuletzt Immobiliendaten in WordPress eingespielt wurden. Liegt der letzte erfolgreiche Import 7 Tage oder länger zurück, wird eine E-Mail-Benachrichtigung ausgelöst.

Warum ist das wichtig?

So erkennen Sie schnell, wenn längere Zeit keine Übertragung stattgefunden hat – etwa durch Störungen zwischen Maklersoftware/Immobilienscout24 und WordPress. Frühzeitige Hinweise vermeiden leere Exposés, veraltete Bestände und Reichweitenverluste.

Unsere Elementor-Widgets wurden um zwei neue dynamische Attribute erweitert, die Informationen aus dem Energieausweis automatisch übernehmen.

Automatische Übernahme des „?preview“-Parameters in Detail-Links der Listenansicht

Condition "?preview" for the template preview is now automatically appended to the detail links in the list view when the list is called up with ?preview

QR code

New QR code URL (from WP-ImmoMakler PLUS): ?qrcode&color=000000 to generate a QR code SVG to the detail pages

PDF print view

Our PDF print view has been extensively expanded and improved:

Individual typography: fonts and weights for headings and body text can now be freely adjusted
Highest print quality: Support for SVG graphics and color-customizable QR codes in SVG quality
More flexible gallery display: Choose between one or two-column view
Legally secure: Optional imprint on the last page
New option "Maximum number of real estate photos" for control over the size of PDFs
Full width for map view, customizable line heights for headlines and text, maximum height of the QR code is now customizable
Long image descriptions are no longer cut off
Colons in PDF file names are now replaced by hyphens instead of underscores
"Other information" has now been moved to the end of the property descriptions and data
New setting "Repeat object title on page 2" to be able to hide the object title
Contact details are now displayed by default at the end, after the photos/floor plans
The width of the footer columns can now be changed using CSS
In addition to URLs and e-mail addresses, telephone numbers are now also linked in the footer
If there is only the cover photo, then it will only be shown on the front page and not repeated
Character - in the PDF meta title is now replaced by a simple hyphen
During the update, all previously cached PDFs are now reset in order to be created uniformly using the new technology

Contact details with picture: Contact persons and their details including contact picture now appear in full in the PDF

Contact form & search now have their own label for salutation, first name and surname as well as aria-label for the address, area search and property ID
Increased contrast for buttons, links & card content box
Standard color for links and button adjusted for higher contrast
Darker background in the consent box of the map view for higher contrast
Accessibility/PDF: All alt tags of the images are now multilingual, missing alt tags added

Borlabs content blockers for videos and virtual tours are now displayed in the set aspect ratio

Shortcode

[immomakler-archive]: Parameter meta_value can now also process multiple (comma-separated) values
