OpenImmo export settings in Propstack
Klicken Sie in Propstack:
Propstack > Verwaltung > Portale > Portal hinzufügen > FTP: OpenImmo
Ein passender (Portal-)Name erleichtert die Zuordnung Ihrer Objekte für die Übertragung.
Hier können Sie z. B. “Website”, “Homepage”, “immobilien-mueller.de”, “WP-ImmoMakler” o. ä. wählen.
In das Feld Anbieternummer tragen Sie eine beliebige Zahl ein (als einziger Anbieter auf Ihrer eigenen Website).
Tragen Sie nun die FTP/SSH-Zugangsdaten zu Ihrem Webserver (WordPress Website) ein:
Host ist Ihr FTP-Servername.
Der Port ist bei FTP standardmäßig 21, bei SFTP/SSH 22.
Als Verzeichnis den Pfad zu Ihrem OpenImmo-Verzeichnis:
Bei WP-ImmoMakler ist das standardmäßig /openimmo/ im WordPress Rootverzeichnis.
Sollte Ihr WordPress selbst in einem Unterverzeichnis liegen, müssen Sie hier den kompletten Pfad vom FTP-Root (dort wo Sie landen, wenn Sie sich mit einem FTP-Programm verbinden) angeben, z. B. /clickandbuilds/app/wordpress_1/openimmo/
Wenn Sie bei Ihrem Webhosting einen eigenen FTP-Benutzer direkt auf das /openimmo/-Verzeichnis eingerichtet haben, dann lassen Sie das Feld “Verzeichnis” leer (es verbleibt der Platzhalter “/”).

Transfer of reference objects
Properties with a specific property status can be transferred to WP-ImmoMakler as a "reference":
"Settings > Portals > Portal settings > Reference transfer for specific property status"
You also have the following options:
- Set up another portal interface (e.g. "References website") to which you export your reference objects. These exports must then be saved under
/openimmo/referenzen/land on the server, they are automatically marked as a reference. Please use a different number as the provider number than in the normal interface so that you can carry out separate full comparisons if necessary.
This works in the same way for /reserved/, /new/, /price-reduced/ and /rent/ (WP-ImmoMakler automatically assigns "sold" and "rented")

Full comparison of all properties
To transfer the entire real estate portfolio from Propstack to WP-ImmoMakler once, if the number or selection of properties should not match, simply transfer a so-called full comparison once. The portfolio is then reconciled once using the new total portfolio transferred from Propstack.

Setup Propstack API Key
For additional functions that we have developed especially for Propstack users, you can create a Propstack API key and store it in the WP-ImmoMakler settings. Even after entering the Propstack API key, the data transfer of the properties themselves continues to take place via the OpenImmo interface (see above), which has proven itself over the years and continues to be used and further developed by WP-ImmoMakler and Propstack.
Propstack search profile form
The shortcode [immomakler-propstack-suchprofil] allows you to insert a search profile form for the Propstack search profiles at any point on your website from the PLUS license onwards. Further information can be found in the article Available shortcodes from WP-ImmoMakler PLUS.
Export object links to the portals
You can automatically send the real estate portals a link to the respective online exposé on your website.
