Transfer of properties from OpenEstate to WordPress
OpenImmo export settings in OpenEstate-ImmoTool
A suitable portal name makes it easier to assign your properties for the transfer; here you can choose, for example, "Website", "Homepage", "immobilien-mueller.de", "WP-ImmoMakler" and similar.
Enter the path to your OpenImmo directory as the FTP folder; for WP-ImmoMakler® this is /openimmo/ in the WordPress root directory by default.
If your WordPress itself is located in a subdirectory, you must enter the complete path from the FTP root (where you land when you connect with an FTP program), e.g. /clickandbuilds/app/wordpress_1/openimmo/
Unless otherwise specified, the FTP port is "21" by default for FTP, FTPS, FTP/TLS and "22" for SFTP/SSH.
Select any number as provider no. (as the only provider on your own website).
If you have any questions about the facility, we will be happy to help you by e-mail or telephone: Contact
The following is an example of an SFTP (SSH) connection:

Add file attachments (photos, floor plans, PDFs, video files)
You can add photos to a property, but also other attachments such as PDFs or video files.
Photos are displayed in WP-ImmoMakler in an image gallery/slideshow, PDFs are linked for download. Video files are integrated directly in a player. If you have YouTube or Vimeo videos, please add them as a link to the property, see below.
You are also welcome to mark the photos as exterior view/interior view or floor plan so that they can be displayed/separated accordingly if required.
Add link attachments (Matterport, Ogulo, YouTube, Vimeo etc.)
You can add links to a property, e.g. to project pages, 360-degree tours or videos. The links are linked in the property detail view and open in a new browser tab.
YouTube and Vimeo links are displayed directly in a player in the property detail view.
If you would like to display the 360-degree tours directly in the detailed view and thus keep your visitors on your website and not lose them in a new browser tab, you can book our integration service for 360-degree tours. The tours are then integrated directly into your website as an iFrame. Among other things, this increases the time visitors spend on your website and keeps them on your website.
