Transfer of properties from onOffice to WordPress
OpenImmo export settings in onOffice
You do not need the fee-based onOffice API to transfer your properties from onOffice to WP-ImmoMakler.
The transfer takes place via the free transfer via OpenImmo:
Go to "Extras > Settings > Basic settings > Portals".
Select any "Free portal" there and enter the FTP/SSH access data for your web server (WordPress website).
A suitable portal name makes it easier to assign your objects for the transfer. Here you can choose, for example, "Website", "Homepage", "immobilien-mueller.de", "WP-ImmoMakler" and similar.
Select any number as the provider no. (as the only provider on your own website).
Please enter the path to your OpenImmo directory as the FTP folder; for WP-ImmoMakler® this is /openimmo/ in the WordPress root directory by default. If your WordPress itself is located in a subdirectory, you must enter the complete path from the FTP root (where you land when you connect with an FTP program), e.g. /clickandbuilds/app/wordpress_1/openimmo/
If you have an SSH/SFTP connection or FTPS or FTP/TLS to your server instead of an FTP connection, you must select this under "Show advanced settings".

Advanced portal settings
Click "Show advanced settings" to open further options:
- (1) For multilingual objects, select "Multilingual export"
- (1) It is best to deactivate "Image export with watermark" for your own website
- (1) "Transfer photo (large, A4)" achieves the best quality of images on your website
- (2) "Limitation" is best set to your WP-ImmoMakler license size (30, 50, 100, 250 etc.)
- (3) With FTP/FTPS/SFTP, you have the option of adjusting any necessary server settings. You can obtain the necessary connection settings from your agency or hosting company
Full portal synchronization
A full portal synchronization is useful if you want or need to "refresh" the entire property portfolio on your website. This is necessary, for example, after an individual adjustment in the code, due to an error in some properties (e.g. missing images), or after incorrect transfers between onOffice and your server.
To start a so-called full portal comparison from onOffice, go to "Actions > Real estate actions > Full portal comparison" and then select "Full comparison" and your website. Then click on "Next":
onOffice then transfers all properties selected for the website together in one transfer together with the instruction for WP-ImmoMakler that only these properties should be displayed in this current version.
Existing properties are re-imported unless "stand_from consider" is activated in "WP-ImmoMakler > Settings > Import". In this case, only properties with a newer date will be changed. Properties that are no longer transferred would still be deleted.
Mark reference objects
In onOffice you can mark reference objects which are then displayed in a separate list under /immobilien/referenzen/ (see demo) in a reduced form (privacy of the new owners or tenants) (without object data, prices etc.).
A "Reference" checkbox is already available here under the "Marketing" tab in the "Own website" box. In order for this field to be transferred to your website, you must call onOffice technical support once (+49 241 44686-122) and have the transfer of the so-called "marketing fields" activated free of charge. You then do not need to make any further settings in WP-ImmoMakler.
360-degree tour broadcast
If you would like to transfer a 360-degree tour from onOffice, select the "Files" tab (1) in the property, then click on the "+" (2) and then select "Link" (3) in the right-hand column. Please make sure that the link is activated for publication on your website (4).
Even if you use Ogulo, please do not select "Ogulo-Link", this is an outdated "file type" in onOffice and should no longer be used.
The link will then be displayed as a link in the detailed views of WP-ImmoMakler BASIC and PLUS and opened in a new browser tab when clicked.
If you want to display the tours directly in the detailed views, you can book our 360-degree tours integration. Here we would automatically integrate the tours into the detailed views (iFrame). Visitors then do not leave your website to view the tour on the Ogulo or Matterport server. It also increases the time spent on the Exposee pages - this is rewarded by Google, as the content of the page appears to be more interesting.
