Enter company data and FTP access in Node Exposé
Users enter their company details in the upper left-hand part of the screen. Ideally, all fields should be filled in so that there are no incorrect transmissions or error messages.
At the bottom left of the screen, the individual portals in which you want to post are activated. In our example, the Homepage interface is highlighted.
The form in which the access data must be entered can be seen at the bottom right of the image. As an XML ID or provider number is not usually required for your own homepage, we have entered the user name as an example so that these fields are filled in. If these fields are not filled in, the portal cannot be activated and used correctly. The server IP address and the FTP password must also be entered. Depending on the provider, please note whether an FTP or sFTPtransfer is required. If necessary, it is sufficient to activate the portal without one of these options and save the entered data.
The portal is now active.
Object mask and "Characteristics for the portals"
Most of the master data and various options that describe this property are entered in the property mask. (Features for the portals)
Descriptive texts (multilingual if necessary)
In this view, we show the Texts tab, which contains the long text descriptions for this property. As an alternative to the input mask shown in German, these fields can also be filled in in several other languages (examples: English, French, Spanish, etc.) by clicking and using the respective tab. However, the German tab always opens first.
Image files and videos
Here we show the Images tab, where all image information or video files for a property can be recorded and managed. These images or films stored here can then be assigned and used in the portal interface.
Stock exchange interface / activation for transferring a property from Node Exposé
All information that is entered for a property in portals is managed and configured in the Stock exchange interface tab. The images and films required for the insertion are also assigned here, regardless of how many images or films have been stored in total on the Images tab.
