What is Kyero XML?
Kyero XML is a standard widely used in Spain for transferring real estate data. The standard was defined by the Spanish real estate portal kyero.com and is also used by other portals such as idealista.com and real estate software providers such as inmobaila.
The WordPress plugin WP-ImmoMakler® imports your properties directly via Kyero XML feed from the Spanish portals or your Spanish real estate software.
To connect WordPress with Kyero, Idealista, Inmobalia or other providers that use the Kyero XML standard, you do not need your own real estate agent software.
However, you have the option of using Kyero, Idealista, Inmobalia in parallel with a real estate agent software, or even importing your real estate from ImmobilienScout24.de or immowelt.de in parallel.
How do I connect my WordPress website with Kyero, Idealista or Inmobalia?
If you would like to put your real estate data on your website with WP-ImmoMakler, please proceed as follows:
- Request your personal Kyero XML feed (a URL/link to your real estate data) from your portal or broker software by e-mail.
- Then enter this link in the WP-ImmoMakler® settings in the WordPress backend and activate the automatic import.
Your properties are then automatically updated on your website. You no longer need to log in to WordPress.
How do I export my properties in my own Kyero XML feed?
In the settings of WP-ImmoMakler you will find your personal Kyero XML feed under "Kyero XML". This always contains the current real estate inventory on your website and can be automatically imported by the portals, e.g. kyero.com and idealista.com. This means that you no longer have to enter your properties manually on the Spanish real estate portals!
