With WP-ImmoMakler you can flexibly control which fields are displayed in the direct inquiry form - e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number or message.
Customize direct request fields
You can easily customize the fields of the direct request in the WordPress backend:
📍 Path in the backend: Customizer → WP-ImmoMakler → Contact form
You have the following options there:
- Show or hide individual fields,
- Add new fields (e.g. company, preferred time for callback),
- Define mandatory fields or mark fields as optional.
This allows you to adapt the form optimally to your target group and data protection requirements.
Check delivery of direct requests
If you do not receive e-mails from the direct request form or only receive them irregularly, it is possible that your website is not configured correctly for sending e-mails.
🔧 Solution: Install an SMTP plugin for WordPress (e.g. WP Mail SMTP) and set up sending correctly.
